What we collect
Contact and newsletter forms collect the details you type in — your name, email address and message — so we can reply and, with your consent, send studio news. Our games collect anonymous telemetry (match outcomes, performance data, crash reports) to balance gameplay and fix bugs. We never collect payment details on this site; store checkouts are handled by the platform you buy on.
How we use it
Form submissions are used only to answer you and, where you opted in, to send the newsletter — every issue carries an unsubscribe link. Telemetry is aggregated and never sold, shared with advertisers or tied to your identity.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The video player and embedded media may set their own functional cookies; your browser controls apply.
Your rights
You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@emberfall.games. We answer every request within 30 days.
